Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. But our main focus is to make our customers thrilled with their purchase, we'd love to hear your thoughts if anything happened to the items sent to you and will do our best to find the best solution. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please pack the item gently and carefully. Please note that if the item is broken, damaged, squeezed, or used, we will not be able to process your refund. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
